United Nations General Assembly proclaimed December 3ed as the day of people with disabilities, to promote understanding of disability issues and mobilize support for the dignity, rights and welfare of people with disabilities.
Within this day, National Historical Museum in collaboration with the Institute of Students who lack the ability to see and the Institute of students who lack the ability to hear opened an exhibition titled “I make art too.” The exhibition was composed of paintings and craft works performed by these students. The exhibition was greeted by Mr. Melsi Labi, the director of National Historical Museum, Mr. Xhema Xhafa and Mrs. Azbie Ramaj, who emphasized that this cooperation is intended to integrate children with disabilities in our society and support this group to have access to all walks of life.
