The Embassy of Romania in Tirana and the National Historical Museum are pleased to invite you to the Exhibitions of the famous Romanian artist Mr. Stefan Popa Popas. He is known as the Caricature King, the Guinness world record holder, the fastest cartoonist.
The event is organized under the auspices of the Romanian Presidency of the Council of the European Union and will be held at the National Historical Museum.
